“My wife, kid, and I are all gamers. Our living room is the "game room". Obviously we can't all be playing at the same time, so Remote Play has become pretty important in our house. It works fantastic from my desktop PC in the office (I played through a few PS4 games over the years entirely over Remote Play). But hiding in the office, where I already work from 8 hours a day is not practical, or sociable.
That's when I discovered the Razer Kishi (v1) was discounted down to $40. I've never been a fan of using my phone for remote play because it really kills the battery on my primary communication device, but my wife had just replaced her Pixel 3A XL with a Pixel 6a. So I wiped her 3a XL, installed JUST PSPlay (3rd party PS Remote Play replacement that supports 3rd party controllers), the Xbox app, and Steam Link on it. Popped on the Kishi, and was absolutely blown away by the experience. Now anyone can lay on the couch next to someone playing one game, and stream another with a controller experience that feels better than holding a Nintendo Switch.

Pros: Well made, snaps on in seconds, variable angles are awesome for what the situation calls for (phone on top, phone above, you can even set it on a table and use it detached from the controller).
Cons: Would not recommend for users below teenage - one big drop onto a hard surface and I can 100% see one of the joints or clips breaking. This has nothing to do with the quality of the product, if they had to child proof it the unit would end up clunky and fat and probably expensive. Just make sure you keep a grip or use it over a table / carpeting / your lap so an unexpected fall doesn’t snap anything. But again it’s $10 so the durability is appropriate for that price.
